Well I did go back in mid Feb ’11 and am heading back at the end of March ’12. Just can’t stay away. Will have to plan to come back for summer one of these days.
In Feb we travelled with our daughter and her boyfried. Still trying to figure out when we can all travel as one unit. She wanted our company basically to dish out the cash and feed them and then “bye bye we will see you later” only to have half an hour later “where are you now” stopping for a drink” “want us to join you”… you get the picture. Hopefully this will change over the next few years and she will want to enjoy our company without wanting the freedom and then missing us!!! Talk about walking on egg shells with her.

Second time staying in this apt – last time was with our very good friends in January 2006. Perfect in Carrer Entenca just a few metros up from las ramblas and all the sights. Just down the road from the magic mountains and now from the new Bull Ring Shopping Centre. Was opening in March ’11 whilst we were there in Feb ’11.
We showed the girls boyfried all the usual sights. I think he fell in love with Barca. We were there for 4 nights should have gone for longer.
Found a loverly indian resturant a few streets up from carrer entenca - Kana. Super restaurant food great and we are good judges of Indian food.
In March we are going back just the two of us and staying this time in Poble nou area though we had said we would stay in barcenoletta around joan de boro.. could not get a hotel within budget so have widened out to poble nou which we love anyway.
